Jose I. Morales

Mr. Morales launched Terrano Capital in January 2024 to establish the first direct lending fund specializing in land financing. Prior to this, he served as the CEO of Vía Célere, one of the largest homebuilders in Spain and Portugal. During his tenure at Vía Célere, he achieved several significant milestones, including the issuance of the first Green Bond in Europe and the completion of Spain’s largest Build-to-Rent (BTR) transaction with the sale of 2,500 units to Greystar.
